Appointment Cancellation Policy

If MeMe & Company asks for a credit card, to hold an appointment time; it is to ensure you will attend the requested appointment.

When you are scheduling your appointment, a MeMe & Company Representative will explain our cancellation policy, only if it applies to you.

If for some reason, you are not able to attend the appointment; we require a 24 hour verbal notice of cancellation, not on our voicemail, according to our hours of operation.

If you do not give MeMe & Company the notice required to cancel an appointment; half the price of the service scheduled will be charged on your credit card, and will not be applied toward future services.

We only collect credit card information if, you are scheduling a lengthy appointment that requires a lot of time to complete, or if you have a history of not showing up for your scheduled appointments.
